What is Russian Cuisine? In Singapore, We never thought there would be specialized profileration of such a cuisine. The "Shashlik Restauant" has been in Singapore for decades (winning us over with their awesome Borsch soup)! But as the population of russians in Singapore increases, there seem to be a need for more authentic taste of Russia.

Nadezhda (translated to "Hope") is a restaurant that is located in the outskirts of Kampong Glam at 140 Arab Street that hopefully will satisfy the Russian's taste buds as well as the locals.
