Price hike in Singapore?

I was just at Great World City's Cold Storage today at about 3pm. I was trying to buy some salad to eat at home so I could be have a more healthy diet. To my surprise, The alfalfa price was raised from the old S$2.50 to S2.80. Thats a hefty 12% increase.

Not sure what other products are now hyped up in prices, I certainly hope Cold Storage will be more reasonable in their pricing, admittedly they have one of the better selections of products than anywhere else and command a premium.
