Mad about Garlic @ Clarke Quay

My first visit to the restaurant and first impressions :

1.  Service is average (for Singapore standards).  eg. Asked for warm water when ordering, and it never came.

2.  Ambient is ok, comfortable enough, although the tables are a little flimsy - or easily moved (easy to push the table accidentally - not good for big size guys like me)

3.  Food was ok, but for the price they charged, I thought it should be better.
